Fees for PARTICIPANTS include: Transport from the airport to the Symposium Venue, Welcome reception, Participation in all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunch (days 21-23 of October), Congress kit, program, abstract book, printed material of the Congress, the Technical Excursion, Workshop and invitation to the Gala-dinner.
Fees for ACCOMPANYING PERSONS include: Transport from the airport to the Symposium Venue, Welcome reception, lunch (days 21-23 of October), the Technical Excursion, invitation to the Gala-dinner, and three tourist tours.
Fees for STUDENTS include: Transport from the airport to the Symposium Venue, Welcome reception, Participation in all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunch (days 21-23 of October), Congress kit, program, abstract book, printed material of the Congress, the Technical Excursion, and Workshop. This fee does not include the invitation to the Gala-dinner, but tickets can be purchased separately [prices TBA] at the start of the Symposium and must be reserved when registering.

Payment Details: You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. For payment details, see the Registration and Payment form.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing before 30/06/2008 will be refunded less an administration charge of 50 €. Thereafter refunds will not be available under any circumstances; however you may nominate a substitute delegate without additional cost until 15/09/2008.
Any substitution of delegates after 15/09/2008 will incur a processing fee of 25 € before the Symposium, or a fee of 50 € if made during the symposium.
Cancellation charges for accommodation reservations are at the discretion of the hotels and the symposium organisers will not accept any responsibility for the refund of accommodation deposits.
